Jada Pinkett Smith is no stranger to sharing videos of her workouts on Instagram. The actress and matriarch of the Smith family is in incredible shape. But in one of her latest posts, the 47-year-old shared an ingenious workout so does when she doesn’t have access to a gym.
The workout, which targets a wide range of muscles in the body, includes toe taps, burpees, knee crosses, and single leg wall jumps. Developed by trainer Jeanette Jenkins, the workout is dubbed the “7 Exercise Core & #WallWorkoutChallenge.”
Best part of all? The only equipment you need is a wall.
