Losing weight can be challenging, especially during a worldwide pandemic. These stars didn't let the quarantine keep them from sticking to their goals and losing weight. For some celebrities, the crisis helped push them to get serious about their health. Read on to see how Tiffany Haddish, Rob Kardashian, and others got fit in 2020.

Kelly Osbourne: 85 Pounds

Kelly Osbourne dropped 85 pounds in 2020 with diet, exercise, and some help from a gastric sleeve surgery. The reality TV star also went to therapy, telling Hollywood Raw, "I had to fix my head before I could fix my body."

Osbourne had dropped 20 pounds years prior while competing in Dancing With The Stars, but she gained the weight back after the season ended. This time, she revamped her lifestyle by getting a personal trainer and sticking to a healthy diet.

Adele: 100 Pounds

Though Adele hasn't been very public about her weightloss journey, experts estimate that she's lost about 100 pounds! Her journey was gradual and reportedly began before her 2016 tour. The singer started working with personal trainer Pete Geracimo and reportedly stuck to the Sirtfood Diet, which hones in on foods that activate the protein sirtuin.

Though Adele's weightloss journey has been years in the making, it was in 2020 that her new physique became publicly apparent. She even addressed the transformation when she hosted Saturday Night Live on October 24, 2020.

Rebel Wilson: 60 Pounds

Before quarantine, Rebel Wilson declared 2020 her "year of health." It couldn't have been better timing, and she stuck with her goals through the challenging year. The actress ended up dropping 60 pounds by working out with personal trainer Jono Castano.

Likewise, she would allow herself one cheat day from her strict diet. The actress said on The Drew Barrymore Show that she feels much healthier and like she's coming into her own.

In December 2020, comedian Tiffany Haddish announced that she was down 40 pounds after deciding to get healthy in 2019. At the start of 2021, Haddish shed another 10 pounds through a 30-day fitness challenge.

She told People that she has made it a habit to workout every day for at least 15 minutes, and sometimes up to two hours. Some of her favorite activities include dancing, running up and down the stairs, and cycling on her Peloton bike. Getting in her workouts sometimes meant waking up as early as 2 a.m.! She also adapted a cleaner diet heavy on vegetables.

Rapper Action Bronson lost 127 pounds during quarantine! He started sharing images and videos of himself at the gym on social media around the middle of 2020. The performer told Men's Health that the birth of his son the year prior motivated him to get healthy.

To get in shape, Bronson started waking up early to workout with personal trainer Dave Paladino. His routine includes a mixture of boxing and weight training. He also sticks to a diet that starts with a protein shake, eggs, rye toast, and avocado for breakfast.

Rob Kardashian hasn't been very public about his 2020 weightloss, but sources have confirmed that the reality TV star dropped some pounds in quarantine. An insider told Life & Style that Rob has been working out with his sister Khloé to get into shape with cardio and strength training.

He reportedly has also stuck to a healthier, high-protein diet. Since Rob hasn't been overt about how much weight he's lost, Life & Style turned to Dr. Niket Sonpal for an estimation based on his photos. He presumes that Rob has lost around 50 pounds as of June 2020.

Broadway and television actress Marissa Jaret Winokur dropped 50 pounds in 2020. She wrote in an Instagram post that the pandemic motivated her to get healthy, which she did by working with a personal trainer over Zoom.

Television host Adrienne Bailon announced on Instagram that she was down 20 pounds as of May 2020. The singer told Prevention that she transformed her lifestyle by eating plant-based foods, drinking a gallon of water a day, and combining cardio with strength training.

Though Daphne Oz is a nutrition author and former co-host of The Chew, she wasn't above turning to Weight Watchers to help shed a few pounds during quarantine. After all, Oz had just given birth to her fourth child.

To keep up with fiance Jenna Dewan, Broadway star Steve Kazee turned to boxing class and steered away from processed foods, sugar, unhealthy fats, and carbs. As a result, Kazee dropped 18 pounds, which he said on Instagram was fueled by the birth of he and Dewan's son.

The actor opened up on social media about his past struggles with health, saying that his cholesterol and blood pressure spiked at his heaviest weight. Kazee says that his new diet boosts his energy for workouts, making it possible to stay at a healthier weight.

She made the decision to "get busy and lose some weight" and that she did! Drummond showed off her noticeably thinner figure on Tik Tok, along with her weight loss story. She shared that she's lost 38 pounds so far, cutting calories and lifting weights. "I look better but I feel so much better and that's what really counts."

Joe Guidice of The Real Housewives of New Jersey dropped an estimated 70 pounds since being locked up back in 2016. After doing time, Guidice emerged looking completely transformed, and he's gotten even fitter since the quarantine.

For dinner, she likes to opt for chicken with veggies. Maloney admits that quarantine makes it more challenging to be disciplined, but she says that overall she has a well-balanced diet.
